We started working with John who owns Swept Up Cleaning about a month ago. The team has cleaned our AirBnB several times and has done an amazing job. Overall I highly recommend John and his team.

John’s team takes care of the entire AirBnB clean including a complete turn down service, keeping track of supplies, informing us when inventory is low, and noting any property damage in between each guest.

Communication is very efficient and clear. We receive email messages in advance of the cleaning detailing date and time when the clean is scheduled. After the clean photos are uploaded to the portal so we can see what the team has done. This saves us a trip to the house to check.

Recently a guests asked me for a late check out on the day of their departure as their flight was delayed. John and his team were able to re-schedule the clean to allow the guest to stay in the house.

Our AirBnB is cleaned by Mari and her team. They are very friendly and very professional. They usually complete the clean in approx. 3 hours for our entire AirBnB (3 bed and 2 bath) and do an amazing job, the AirBnB is always finished to high standards.

John is amazing to work with, he response quickly to any queries and provides advice as he and his team are cleaning several AirBnBs in Austin, and notes any feedback points of things we had asked to change. We have a clear idea how we want our AirBnB to be staged and John is great at working with photos and documenting the information, so that the AirBnB always looks welcoming and spotless (we received 5-star reviews from every guests so far).

Had my first deep cleaning done and the team did a great job. Had just finished a major remodel (removing all the popcorn ceiling, very dusty and dirty) and needed a good cleaning. The team was able to work through the house throughly and clean so much of the mess that had accumulated. Was great service and will be continuing with Swept Up going forward as an every 2 week service cleaning.

I was able to book essentially a next day service over the phone very quickly which was really appreciated. The cleaning crew (mother & son) arrived on time and we're very sweet. They did a great job cleaning, my home is actually sparkling. I also liked how quiet they were since I work from home. I barely knew they were here cleaning with very minimal interruption which was awesome. Overall very happy and would recommend.
