No worries! Reschedule by calling or texting (512) 706-9717, or through your online portal. Please make changes by 3:00 PM the day before your cleaning to avoid a rescheduling fee.
We only charge a fee when we have to, and it’s there to protect our cleaners — we reserve a time slot especially for you. Make any schedule changes by 3 PM the day before to avoid a $75 late cancellation fee.
Because we clean many homes throughout the day, it’s impossible to know exactly how long each one will take, so we give an arrival window rather than an exact time. If you ever have specific scheduling needs, just reach out and we’ll do our best to make it work.
For sure! We always make every effort to send the same cleaners so they get to know your home. Occasionally illness, vacations, or days off make that impossible, so we can’t guarantee it — but consistency is our default.
In the rare case a home isn’t as described, we reserve the right to adjust the quote. You’ll be informed within 15 minutes of our arrival, and we’ll always discuss it with you before proceeding.
Nope! You’re welcome to be home to let our cleaners in, or you can hide a key or give us a lockbox code to keep on file.
We bring all of our own supplies and equipment. If you’d prefer we use any of your own products, just let us know when you book.
It’s not required, but clearing clutter off floors and counters — clothing, toys, and household items — helps our team give you the best possible clean.
If we’re unable to enter your home for any reason, we’ll wait 30 minutes. After that the appointment is cancelled and a $75 lockout fee applies.
The home must be completely empty so we can clean it properly, and we need electricity and water on. Any personal items left behind won’t be thrown away unless that was discussed at booking.
We love pets, but they can make cleaning tricky. If it’s possible to keep them outside or in a separate room during the clean, that’s a big help.
Our cleaners won’t handle blood, feces, vomit, urine, or dead rodents (yes, it’s happened!) unless discussed in advance. If biohazard items are found, additional fees may apply.
We charge all cards after the cleaning is finished. A hold is placed on the card the morning of the clean to make sure payment is set up properly.
Of course! Tipping isn’t expected, but our cleaners always appreciate it. You can add a tip in your customer portal, or call (512) 706-9717 and we’ll take care of it for you.
We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we missed something we should have cleaned, call within 24 hours of the clean and we’ll make it right. Our fix-it visit is completed within two days of the original service.
Yes — if our cleaners aren’t given the time needed to finish the clean, if you don’t contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, or if other service providers (painters, electricians, handymen, plumbers, carpet cleaners, etc.) are working in your home during our clean. To guarantee our work, we must be the only service providers in the home during the cleaning.
