By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided
Swept Up Cleaning Co. offers a variety of residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:
– Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
– Deep cleaning
– Move-in/move-out cleaning
– Customized cleaning packages

3. Booking and Payment
– **Booking**: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your booking via email or phone.
– **Payment**: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
– **Late Payments**: Late payments may incur a fee. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of future services until the balance is cleared.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
– **Cancellations**: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
– **Rescheduling**: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will accommodate your new preferred time as best as possible, subject to availability.

5. Access to Property
– **Access**: You agree to provide access to your property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a $50 reschedule fee will be charged.
– **Keys and Security**: If you provide us with keys or access codes, we will keep them secure and only use them for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

6. Liability and Insurance
– **Damage or Loss**: We take great care to avoid any damage to your property. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, you must notify us within 24 hours. We are insured, and any claims will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy.
– **Personal Items**: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the areas to be cleaned. We advise you to store valuables securely.

7. Health and Safety
– **Health**: Our team follows strict hygiene protocols, including the use of gloves and masks when necessary. If anyone in your household is unwell, please inform us in advance so we can take appropriate precautions.
– **Safety**: For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the environment is unsafe.

8. Service Quality
– **Satisfaction Guarantee**: We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.
– **Feedback**: We value your feedback and encourage you to share any concerns or suggestions.
