What areas do you serve?

How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on your home size, condition, and the type of clean. Recurring visits are priced lower than one-time cleans, and deep cleans generally start around $295. Request a quote for an exact price — no card on file until clean day.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean is routine maintenance. A deep clean adds the detail work most cleaners skip — inside the oven and fridge, baseboards, grout, vents, ceiling fans, and under furniture. Most first-time clients start with a deep clean, then keep it easy with recurring visits.
Do I get the same cleaner each time?
For recurring service, yes whenever possible. We keep you with the same cleaner who learns your home and your preferences.
How does the 50% off first clean offer work?
When you sign up for recurring service — weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks — we take 50% off your first clean. That discounted clean is the first of five on your plan. If you cancel recurring service before your fifth clean, the half we discounted on that first clean is charged back.
Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes. Save 25% with weekly maintenance cleaning, 15% every two weeks, or 10% every four weeks compared with the one-time maintenance rate.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked and Swept Up is fully insured.
What is your guarantee?
A 24-hour re-clean guarantee. If anything is missed, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back and make it right — free.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us secure access instructions and go about their day. You are welcome to be home if you prefer.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes — we bring everything needed. If you have specific products you would like us to use (for pets, allergies, or finishes), just let us know.
How do I pay?
Securely after the clean — there is no card on file until clean day. Booking online shows your price upfront.
Can I reschedule or skip a visit?
Anytime. Just give us a heads up and we will move your visit — no penalties.
